About
My name is Austin Wang, I double majored in CS and Philosophy at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.
At Vanderbilt, I was the president of the ninth edition of VandyHacks, a student-run organization which organizes the annual hackathon along with other CS-related events at Vanderbilt.
In the summer of 2022, I interned with Iron Galaxy Studios. I was a part of the UI team on Rumbleverse doing bug fixes and some feature implementation. After my summer internship, I continued working for IG as a part-time employee during my senior year at college.
I am currently an associate software engineer at IG in the Nashville office.
At home, when I am not playing video games, playing guitar, or playing with my dog, I am developing the next section of a live service Visual Novel game currently enjoyed by 4k+ players.
